With the support of the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the State Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve "Saraishyq" began restoration works on the site of archaeological excavations carried out in 2019 on the territory of the medieval city of Saraishyq. The restoration works of the object is carried out by LLP “Казархеология” on the request of RGP “Қазқайтажаңарту”. On June 30, 2020 the director of LLP “Kазархеология” , k.i.n., archaeologist Smailov Zhuman Yemenbayevich acquainted with the scale of future work on the site of the medieval city of Saraishyq, and also held consultations with archaeologists of the museum-reserve “Saraishyq”. Later, on the site of the monument of the medieval city of Saraishyq in the period from August to November 2020, he engaged in the restoration of facilities. As a result of these works, 14 living rooms and 1 mausoleum were restored and repaired.
