Today, on May 20, 2025, on the eve of the professional holiday for workers of culture and the arts, during a solemn ceremony at the Akorda, the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, delivered a speech at the award ceremony honoring cultural and art workers. In his remarks, he paid special attention to Sarayshyk, stating:
"Museums are a precious legacy of our history and culture, and the ancient settlement of Sarayshyk is of particular interest to researchers. Restoration work must be carried out."The President’s statement is evidence that the preservation and restoration of the Sarayshyk settlement is regarded as a matter of national importance.
