The scientific secretary of the "Saraishyq" Museum-Reserve A. Zhumabayev held a lecture for students of the 8th grade of the Nazarbayev Intellectual School of Chemical and Biological Sciences in Atyrau at history lessons on the topic of archaeological research of the medieval Saraishyq. At the lecture, they were told about Saraishyq, the capital of the Golden Horde, the Nogai Horde, the Kazakh Khanate, as well as about the modern archaeological excavations of the city of Saraishyq, historical exhibits, research works. The students, after their journey through the history of the ancient city, freely asked their questions.
