In July-September, researchers of the State Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve «Saraishyq»with the program-targeted funding of the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2021-2023, conducted research on the topic: «cities of the Golden Horde, ancient caravan routes and caravanserais of the Western region of Kazakhstan: interdisciplinary research (XIII-XV centuries)» on the territory of Makhambet Isatai district. Archaeological expedition of the museum-reserve project manager U. Akhmetova and the project members identified several new archaeological sites and collected exhibits informing about them. As a result of exploration and control work on two routes running from Saraishyq to the capital of the Golden Horde, previously unspecified canal parking, Shoytas parking, Aschysai 1 parking, Aschysai 2 parking, Burabai parking, Kyshkar parking and Aschysai parking were identified. The previously identified Tasoba necropolis, the Northern surface of Lake Zhaltyr, and the Kyzylui settlements were also examined.
