On April 7, a round table was held on the topic "Actual problems of the history of the Atyrau region" organized by the Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abai. At the round table, director of the State Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve "Saraishyq" of the committee of Culture and sports of the Ministry of Culture and sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan, doctor of historical sciences, professor Abilseit Mukhtar made a report on the work carried out in the medieval Saraishyq. Also at the round table, Turkish scientist Gulnar Kara, doctor of historical sciences, professor of the Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abai Gizatolla Khalidullin shared new facts about Saraishyq. The participants of the event rationally analyzed the issues raised.
