The 13th International Festival of Siberian Tatars "Isker-zhyen" continues in Tobolsk, Tyumen region of the Russian Federation. On the 2nd day of the festival there was a competitive program on the land “Isker-Zhyen”. Artists from Omsk, Novosibirsk, Kazan, Nefteyugansk, Tyumen and Nur-Sultan from the Republic of Kazakhstan took part in the competition.
