T. Mugiev, an employee of the State Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve "Saraishyq" took part in the XIV All-Russian scientific and practical conference "The Historical Fate of Isker", organized as part of the XIII International Festival of Siberian Tatars "Isker-zhyen" in the city of Tobolsk, Tyumen region of the Russian Federation. At the conference, he spoke on behalf of the museum-reserve "Saraishyq", spoke about the historical and cultural connection of the Kazakh Khanate, Saraishyq, the Nogai Horde with the Siberian Khanate, and its capital Isker, after the speech he presented memorable souvenirs.
