In accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 30 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On the Protection and use of objects of historical and cultural heritage», before the development of the territory, before the allocation of land plots, research work should be carried out on it to identify objects of historical and cultural heritage. One of the enterprises that have a state license to conduct relevant research in such territories is the «Saraishyq» Museum-Reserve.
