Today, on June 3, the "Saraishyq" Museum-Reserve begins archaeological excavations at the site of the medieval city of Saraishyq in order to implement the scientific project "Metropolitan Saraishyq in the context of the historical and cultural heritage of Jochi Ulus." (XIII-XVI centuries)" for 2023-2025 of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The project manager is Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor A. Muktar. Unemployed residents of the village of Saraishyq were involved in the work.
