Today, the State Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve “Saraishyq” welcomed Ertai Aigaliuly, Editor-in-Chief of the international socio-political newspaper “Qazaqstan dauiri” and a member of the Writers’ Union and Journalists’ Union of Kazakhstan.
Ertai Aigaliuly is the author of the historical novel “The Princess of Saraishyq and Ivan the Terrible,” dedicated to the history of Saraishyq. While working on the book, the writer visited the village of Saraishyq several times, collecting extensive historical materials.
During his visit, he met with Abilseit Kapizuly, Director of the museum-reserve, and exchanged books. The meeting also resulted in an agreement to publish information about the museum-reserve’s activities and achievements in recent years in the pages of “Qazaqstan dauiri” newspaper.
