Chief Inspector of the State historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve "Saraishyq" - Aybek Turaruly
Department of Protection of Historical and Cultural Monuments Chief Inspector of the institution - Aibek Turaruly He was born on May 15, 1973 in the village of Saraishyq, Makhambet district, Atyrau region. Graduated the Aktau State University named after Sh. Yesenov with a degree in history and geography teacher. He started his career in 1992 at an agricultural experimental station. From 1996 to 2003 he worked in the West Kazakhstan Archaeological Expedition of the Institute of Archeology named after A. Margulan, from 2004 to 2006 he worked as a laboratory assistant in this expedition. In 2007-2008, he worked as a security guard at Bek Security LLP. In 2008-2010 he worked at the Atyrau Regional Center of History and Archeology as a junior researcher, researcher, senior researcher. In 2010-2011, he worked at the Atyrau Regional Center of History and Archeology in the position of deputy head of the enterprise. In 2011-2013, he worked at the Atyrau Regional Museum of Local Lore in the Research Department of Archeology as a senior researcher. In 2013-2016, he worked as the head of the Research Department of Archeology of the KGKP «Museum of Local Lore of Atyrau region». In 2016-2017, he worked as a curator of the museum fund of the Atyrau Regional Museum of Local Lore. In 2017-2018, he again worked as the head of the Research Department of Archeology of the KGKP «Museum of Local Lore of Atyrau region». Since November 2018, he has been working at the State Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve «Saraishyq» of the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan. On December 22, 2021, in the framework of the 30th anniversary of independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan, by the decree of the president of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Jubilee Medal "Kazakhstan Tauelsizdigine 30 zhyl" was awarded.
The task of the department is to identify objects of historical and cultural heritage, conduct research and restoration work on historical and cultural monuments, promote and, within its competence, ensure compliance with legislation on the protection and preservation of historical and cultural heritage of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Including:
- He goes on scientific expeditions in order to identify objects of historical and cultural heritage;
- Forms documents for newly identified objects of historical and cultural heritage for the purpose of their accounting (registration card, scheme, passport) and submits for receipt of the state list of historical and cultural monuments;
- Conducts historical and cultural expertise of historical and cultural monuments; Conducts archaeological expeditions in order to accumulate archival and bibliographic materials on the studied regions;
- Sets geographical coordinates of identified objects, makes photofixation, topographic projects;
- Establishes protection zones of historical and cultural monuments, building regulation zones and protected natural landscape zones;
- Conducts archaeological and restoration work on historical and cultural monuments; Conducts ethnoarchaeological research on the territories of land management companies;
