At the initiative of the Keshikchidag State Historical and Cultural Reserve (Republic of Azerbaijan), an International Scientific Seminar entitled “Protection of Cultural Heritage and Archaeology: Scientific Research, International Cooperation, and Development Prospects” was held.
The online seminar aimed to discuss current issues in the protection of cultural heritage, archaeological research, the exchange of scientific experience, and the further development of international cooperation between Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan.
During the seminar, leading scholars and museum professionals from Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan delivered presentations on the following topics:
At the conclusion of the seminar, participants exchanged views on the preservation of cultural heritage, the advancement of archaeological research, scientific collaboration, and further strengthening cooperation between the museums of the two countries.
Such international scientific events contribute to strengthening the historical and cultural ties between Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan, creating new opportunities for the joint study, preservation, and promotion of their shared cultural heritage.
