The Saraishyq Museum-Reserve consistently develops cultural and scientific cooperation

???? Together with the public association “Zholdastyk – Kazakh Culture” of the Astrakhan Region of the Russian Federation and the Regional Cultural Center named after Kurmangazy Sagyrbayuly, the museum-reserve has implemented a number of significant initiatives.

???? In 2019, an international scientific expedition titled “The Capitals of the Ulus of Jochi: Tracing the Cities of Saraishyq – Sarai-Batu – Sarai-Berke” was conducted.

???? In July–August 2025, a scientific expedition to the historical cities of the Ulus of Jochi was organized.

???? In the same year, the museum held a traveling exhibition in the village of Altynzhar, while a delegation from Astrakhan took part in the “Night at the Museum” event and donated valuable artifacts.

???? In March 2026, representatives of “Zholdastyk – Kazakh Culture” visited the Saraishyq settlement and presented the museum-reserve with scholarly works on the history and culture of the Nogai Horde, as well as a brass jug. In accordance with Kazakh tradition, the museum staff expressed their gratitude by presenting guests with a chapan (traditional robe).
