On September 23, 2025, the Director of the State Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve “Saraishyq” of the Committee of Culture of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Professor, Doctor of Historical Sciences Abilseiit Kapizuly Muktar, and the Director of the State Historical and Cultural Reserve “Shiragkala–Shabran” of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Gunel Pirguliyeva, signed a memorandum of cooperation.
This agreement opens up new opportunities for experience exchange between museum specialists of the two countries, for the development of scientific research, as well as for the preservation and promotion of cultural heritage.
