The structure of this building resembles a public facility of the "Khan" type, which receives honorary guests, travelers, merchants. It was built for honored guests, merchants, travelers, pilgrims. The interiors of the rooms are built on the classical model of the rooms of medieval cities. The length of the building exceeds 50 m.

Archaeological excavations were carried out by archaeologists of the State Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve "Saraishyq" of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan A. Turaruly, A. Zhumabayev.
