The city gate is an architectural monument built to regulate and guide the flow of tourists. Primarily, it provides a structured and convenient entrance for visitors into the city area. During the planning and construction stages, ancient records and archival materials were used, with the design based on historical architectural styles and elements.

The gate measures 18 meters in length, 11 meters in width, and 7 meters in height. The gate doors are made of wood and decorated with ornate ironwork. Inside the structure, there are two rooms designed to serve both tourist and administrative purposes. From the upper level of the gate, visitors can enjoy a panoramic view of the ancient site of the city of Saraishyq, offering a deeper connection with the region’s historical landscape.

This structure also contributes to the development of regional tourism infrastructure. Construction was completed in 2023, and the western city gate for tourists was built by the national organization "KazRestoration".
