In honor of the 190th anniversary of the birth of the great Kazakh scholar, Orientalist, historian, ethnographer, and geographer Shoqan Shynghysuly Ualikhanov, Amangeldy Zhumabayev, an inspector for the protection of historical and cultural heritage at the “Saraishyq ” State Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve, delivered a lecture titled “The Shining Star of the East” for second-year Geography–History students.
