On March 2, 2023, the director of the State Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve "Saraishyq" of the Committee of Culture of the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor A. Muktar took part in the republican scientific and theoretical conference "Abilkayr khan tarikhyn tagylymy", organized by the regional universal scientific library named after S. Baishev in honor of the 330th anniversary Khan of the small zhuz, commander, batyr, politician Abulkhair Mukambet Kazy Bahadur.  At the conference, he made a report on the topic "Actual problems of the history of Abulkhair Khan".
