An experience exchange program for Central Asian museum specialists was organized jointly with the U.S. Embassy in Kazakhstan and the Meridian International Center. 5 specialists from Kazakhstan were selected for the program. In the same row, our employee was selected, who from 04 to 23.03.2024, together with the participants, exchanged experiences in museums and cultural institutions located in four cities of three states of America, in particular in Washington, D.C., Charleston, South Carolina, as well as in Albuquerque and Santa Fe, New Mexico.
In order to put the experience gained into practice, a children's hall was opened at the Saraishyk visit center. This hall features an interactive screen that stimulates children's interest in learning, contemplation and creative thinking, bas-relief drawings, mosaics in the design of the city, archaeological games, educational toys and brochures. Museum spaces for children contribute to their comprehensive development and provide a great opportunity for a deeper understanding of historical and cultural values.
