The residential house, consisting of 4 rooms, is made of straw bricks. The rooms have sufa, tandoor ovens and kan channels. Recesses (niches) are made on the walls to accommodate the object. In 2023, RSE "Kazrestoration" carried out restoration work.

Archaeological excavations were carried out by archaeologists V. Plakhov, J. Smilov.
