Today, a regular meeting of the Scientific Council was held in the "Saraishyq" Museum-Reserve. The Scientific Council was attended by Candidate of Historical Sciences Zh. Mustafin, Professor of Atyrau University named after H. Dosmukhamedov, Director of the Research Center "Mangilik El", Doctor of Historical Sciences. A. K. Akhmet, Candidate of Historical Sciences, archaeologist M. Kasenov, member of the Union of Writers of Kazakhstan, the best local historian of Kazakhstan T. Zhanabai, local historian, member of the Union of Journalists of Kazakhstan, Academician of the Academy of Natural Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan O. Alimgereev, Director of the Museum of Local History of Atyrau region, Master, historian M. K. Kipiev, head of the Center for the Study of Historical and Cultural Heritage of Atyrau region T. Dostybaev, journalists Zh. Kalym, K. Aitkaliev, veterans of Saraishyq KH. Sisengaliev, N. Kurmashev, G. Amirov and the staff of the museum-reserve.
The meeting heard the reports of the director of the museum-reserve, Professor A. Muktar "The results of the work done for 2022 and upcoming issues", chief accountant A. Kayredenova "Financial report of the museum-reserve for 2022". During the meeting, the following issues were discussed: "The state and prospects of museumification of the Visit Center", "Archaeological research and its results in 2022", "Participation of the museum-reserve in fundamental and applied research in the Republic of Kazakhstan and their results", "Measures to combat corruption in the museum-reserve", "Work of the museum-reserve with social networks", "Implementation of the work plan of the institution for 2022 and the decisions of the Scientific Council", "Amendments to the composition of the Scientific Council", "Approval of the work plan of the institution for 2023 and the plan of the Scientific Council", "The concept of archaeological research and partial restoration of the medieval Saraishyq".
